By means of Legal Notice 433 of 2018, the Government of Malta has announced that the Agreement between Malta and the Republic of Botswana for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income published as a Schedule to Legal Notice 193 of 2018 entered into force on 13 November 2018.
