By virtue of Legal Notice 362 of 2015, it has been established that the Agreement between the Government of Malta and the Government of the Republic of Mauritius for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income has entered into force on 23 April 2015. The treaty was published as a Schedule to Legal Notice 409 of 2014.
