By means of Legal Notice 65 of 2017, the Minister of Finance has named the following organizations engaged in philanthropic work as being exempt from income tax in terms of Article 12(1)(e) of the Income Tax Act.

Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation Malta (RHMC)
Congregation Missionary Sisters of Jesus of Nazareth
Reaching Cambodia Foundation
Grace Association
Malta House of Prayer Foundation (limitedly for the period 1/1/ 2017 to 31/12/2018)
